Portable Multi-functional Electric Battery Crimping Tool for Cable

Short Description:

The microcomputer control system automatically detects pressure during crimping and has dual safety protection.

The temperature sensor automatically stops the tool when the temperature exceeds 60 ℃ during long-term operation, and the fault signal sounds, indicating that the tool cannot continue working until the temperature drops to normal.

If there is a deviation from the set operating pressure or low battery level, an audible signal will be emitted and the red display screen will flash.

This tool is equipped with a dual piston pump, which is characterized by fast access to the connecting material and automatic transfer to high pressure through slow crimping.

General Features

The hydraulic unit includes an automatic retraction function that returns the piston to its starting position when the maximum working pressure is reached.

Manual retraction allows the user to return the piston to its starting position in the event of incorrect crimping. When the trigger is released, the device is equipped with a special brake when the piston and mold stop moving forward.
